Proteases Substrate, Fluorogenic (Z - R)2Rh110 • 2HCl
This is a fluorescent generic fluorogenic substrate for proteases such as trypsin, cathepsin B and L, Abs/Em=501/527. The colorless (Z-Arg)2Rh110 is hydrolyzed to the highly fluorescent Rhodamine 110, which exhibits excellent spectral properties that match the optimal detection window of most fluorescence instruments.
